i vented a spleen in an earlier post about the guilty seemingly having more rights than the victims so i will avoid all rants on the fact that someone sentenced to life in 1995 will be allowed out after 15 years - or 2009 at the earliest. to punctuate matters further the bastard in question is taking the government to the european court of the wimsy and caprice to grant him ivf treatment with his new wife (whom he met whilst in jail) so he can create 'mini me's'. he doesn't seem happy with the fact he ws turned down once by the same court last april! man does he hate the law.
he hates the law so much he is arguing that preventing him this treatment is a violation of the right to 'marry and found a family' and the right to 'respect for private life'. oblivious to his victim's 'right to life' of course! how about society's right not to have murdering bastards prowling the streets when they should be locked up? oh yeah i forgot, soiety is the victim therefore their rights don't count...
